The Four Gateways to Embodied Transformation
Each module is a seven-day immersion into breath, fascia, and embodied learning. Together, they form a coherent training pathway that can be entered at different points, or followed in full.
This is a Training
Core Strokes Training is a formative learning process.
It is not a series of techniques or standalone workshops, but a cumulative pathway in embodied perception, touch, breath, and relational presence.
Participants do not simply experience the work — they develop capacities that reorganize how they listen, respond, and intervene in real time.
How the Training Unfolds
Learning in Core Strokes® happens through guided embodiment over time.
Each module includes:
- hands-on practice with clear ethical framing
- supervised partner work and observation
- embodied demonstrations by the trainer
- integration through reflection and dialogue
Concepts are introduced after they are felt and sensed in the body.
Understanding emerges through lived experience, not explanation alone.
This makes the training feel real, grounded, and teachable.
Between modules, participants are encouraged to practice, integrate, and allow the work to settle — so that learning continues beyond the training space.
The Four Modules
Core Strokes Training is not designed for casual attendance or technique collection.
It is intended for practitioners willing to engage in an embodied learning process over time.
Each gateway is a practice in itself. Together, they form a spiral of embodied transformation that can carry you deeper into presence, resilience, and joy.
The training is informed by the Energetic Breath Cycle™, Neurofascial Encoding™, the Fascia Texture Typology™, and the Neurofascial Transformation Process™ — all explored experientially throughout the modules.
